Senteca Commerce and Orchestr have formalised a partnership intended to expand merchants’ access to international payment options. Moreover, the collaboration aims to minimise transaction costs and operational friction. The two companies said the arrangement links Senteca Commerce’s commerce platform with Orchestr’s AI-driven payment orchestration system, creating a single route to hundreds of global and local payment methods.
Expanded reach through a single integration
According to representatives from Senteca Commerce, the integration means that merchants connecting only to Senteca Commerce can reach a wide network of payment providers, avoiding direct technical work with local institutions when entering new markets. Orchestr’s system manages real-time routing across payment partners, automatically selecting the most suitable option for each transaction. Company officials said this approach is designed to lower processing expenses and reduce the number of unsuccessful payments.
The companies stated that the new offering includes access to more than 600 payment instruments, including widely used mobile solutions such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Revolut Pay. Customers are shown methods relevant to their region, and the process is structured to reduce delays and improve completion rates.
Representatives from Orchestr noted that the platform was developed as an AI-native system from the start and said the partnership makes its infrastructure accessible to a wider set of businesses looking for international coverage with limited technical adjustments. Senteca Commerce officials added that the collaboration is intended to give merchants a more streamlined way to manage payments across different jurisdictions.
The companies also highlighted operational features such as centralised dashboards, real-time reporting and automated reconciliation. Both fiat and crypto transactions can be processed within the same environment, removing the need for separate systems.
Senteca Commerce provides tools for online retail operations, including sales management, logistics and payment support, and works with merchants across several European markets. Orchestr positions itself as a European provider of AI-based payment orchestration, offering access to global and regional partners through a single connection.
