Fiserv has partnered with Stuut Technologies to combine its Commerce Hub and SnapPay platforms with AI-driven automation for enterprise receivables.
The collaboration combines Fiserv's Commerce Hub payments platform and its order-to-cash solution, SnapPay, with Stuut's AI-enabled automation technology, subject to applicable requirements and implementation timelines in eligible markets.
Under the agreement, Commerce Hub will serve as the payment processing foundation for Stuut's platform, while SnapPay will integrate Stuut's technology to automate accounts receivable and B2B payment workflows. The combined offering is intended to support collections, cash application, payments, dispute management, and deductions processing for eligible organisations. Furthermore, the companies said the integrated capabilities are designed to help reduce manual work, support working capital management, and improve visibility into cash flow and customer payment activity.
Stuut's AI agent
Stuut, founded in 2024, provides B2B enterprises with agentic AI tools intended to automate manual, error-prone order-to-cash processes. According to the companies, Stuut's AI agent has collected more than USD two billion in B2B invoices to date, reflecting growing adoption of its platform among enterprise clients.
Jackson McIntosh, SVP, Payments Value Added Services at Fiserv, said the partnership combines the company's payments and receivables expertise with Stuut's AI technology, with the aim of helping clients streamline order-to-cash workflows and improve operational efficiency. In addition, Tarek Alaruri, CEO and Co-Founder of Stuut, mentioned that the integration of its AI agent with Commerce Hub and SnapPay is intended to give finance teams a solution to help modernise order-to-cash operations, and that the partnership with Fiserv provides a basis for extending these capabilities to a larger number of enterprise customers.
The partnership reflects a broader move among payments and financial technology providers to incorporate AI-driven automation into B2B receivables and order-to-cash processes, an area historically marked by manual reconciliation and fragmented systems. Moreover, through the process of linking Stuut's automation capabilities directly to Commerce Hub and SnapPay, Fiserv is aiming to offer enterprise clients an integrated receivables solution alongside its existing payments infrastructure. Rollout of the combined capabilities remains subject to applicable requirements and implementation timelines, with availability varying by organisation and market.
