BlytzPay, a US-based payments platform, has announced its evolution into Blytz, a broader brand reflecting an expanded suite of solutions designed to help businesses modernise payment collection and customer engagement.
According to the official press release, the rebrand consolidates three integrated products, including BlytzPay, BlytzCollect, and BlytzCash, into a single operational platform.
Initially, the company began as a payments solution focused on the automotive sector and has extended its platform to serve auto finance, property management, consumer finance, and other industries. The Blytz platform is designed to replace fragmented collections and payments workflows with an automated system that combines customer outreach, payment processing, and revenue visibility in a single layer.
Platform components and capabilities
BlytzPay powers text-first payment experiences under what the company calls a Bankless Bill Pay model, enabling customers to pay without requiring a bank portal login. BlytzCollect uses AI-driven voice outreach and text-based instant payment links to automate collections outreach and improve payment recency. BlytzCash expands payment accessibility by enabling customers to pay with cash through a network of more than 88,000 retail locations nationwide.
Together, the three products are intended to shift businesses from reactive, manual collection activity to automated, proactive revenue management. The platform takes data from existing systems of record and converts it into automated outreach, payment prompts, and real-time portfolio visibility without requiring additional headcount.
Furthermore, the Blytz branding will roll out across the company's website, product interfaces, and marketing materials over the coming weeks. Existing customers will continue using the same products within the updated platform.
Talking about the move, Robyn Burkinshaw, CEO and Founder of Blytz, said the platform was built around what actually happens around a payment, conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes, rather than transaction processing alone.
