FV Bank has launched Global Managed Accounts, giving fintechs a regulated infrastructure to offer branded banking and payment services.
Global Managed Accounts (GMA) is a new embedded banking infrastructure product designed to provide fintech companies and payment platforms with a regulated base to operate neobank-style products under their own brands.
Addressing fragmented banking relationships
GMA targets businesses that run a mix of domestic and cross-border accounts, international payments, remittances, and stablecoin-based transfers. Typically, businesses operating in this space have had to work through several layers of banks, payment processors, and compliance vendors simultaneously. This kind of setup has created layered counterparty structures that can reduce visibility, result in repeated onboarding operations, and delay access to customer-level data.
Rather than routing activity through multiple intermediaries, GMA provides eligible business and individual end customers with accounts held directly at FV Bank. Fintech and payment-platform partners retain ownership of the customer-facing experience, including the interface and overall service journey, while connecting to the bank's infrastructure through APIs.
On FV Bank's side, the regulated account structure, onboarding, and compliance processes are handled directly, covering KYC and KYB checks, transaction monitoring and periodic account reviews. In addition, this setup is built to accommodate the traceability and data-sharing requirements tied to Travel Rule compliance.
Product capabilities
Through GMA, partners can process USD wire transfers domestically and internationally, alongside ACH payments and cross-border transactions in more than 40 currencies. The platform additionally manages stablecoin transfers, including USDC and USDT, with settlement running continuously across the payment rails it supports. Both business and individual accounts are available, with onboarding and ongoing oversight, including KYT checks, remaining under FV Bank's remit.
To manage day-to-day operations, partners are given access to a dedicated GMA portal for customer onboarding, account administration, and activity oversight. An accompanying API layer allows partners to fold account onboarding, account management, and payment functions directly into their own systems.
GMA marks FV Bank's second product launch on its broader financial infrastructure platform, following the earlier rollout of Stablecoin Invoicing. It is currently accessible to approved fintech and blockchain enterprise clients, adding to a wider pattern of digital banks building Embedded Finance offerings that bring fiat and stablecoin capabilities together under one regulated structure.
