AppsFlyer has secured a USD 400 million credit line from Bank Leumi, adding to funding raised from Google, Meta, Unity, and Moloco.
The facility follows a transaction completed in June 2026 that valued the company at USD 2.7 billion and involved more than USD 1 billion in investment from Google, Meta, Unity, and adtech company Moloco.
The credit line adds to the capital raised through the June 2026 deal, which was structured primarily to provide liquidity to some of AppsFlyer's long-standing investors. Shareholders that sold portions of their holdings as part of that transaction included General Atlantic, Israeli venture capital funds Magma, Pitango, and Qumra, DTCP, and Goldman Sachs.
According to the company, the new credit facility is intended to support ongoing operations and provide additional financial flexibility without requiring further equity issuance, an approach that avoids dilution of existing shareholders.
Oren Kaniel, AppsFlyer’s CEO and co-founder, described the June 2026 investment round as structured around minority stakes without control or exclusivity provisions, a design intended to preserve the company's independence. In addition, the transaction was informed by how other technology ecosystems have developed, noting that neutral, trusted infrastructure has historically enabled companies to compete independently while supporting broader industry growth.
Company background and market position
Founded in 2011 by Oren Kaniel and Reshef Mann, AppsFlyer provides attribution and measurement technology used by marketers, advertisers, and app developers to track user acquisition, analyse in-app user journeys, and measure the performance of advertising campaigns across channels. The company also offers tools for detecting and blocking advertising fraud, aimed at ensuring marketing spend reaches genuine users rather than fraudulent traffic.
The involvement of Google, Meta, and Unity in the June 2026 round, alongside the new bank financing, reflects continued investor interest in independent measurement infrastructure as advertising ecosystems increasingly incorporate AI-driven decision-making. AppsFlyer has positioned unbiased, third-party attribution as a foundational requirement for marketers operating across an expanding number of platforms and channels.
