Digital design and marketing agency Zap has rolled out its new payment product together with Zap Cashier, powered by TrueLayer and DNA Payments.
The launch follows increasing demand from end users and merchants to provide efficient and more optimal payment journeys, features that are fundamental in the gaming space.
Optimising payments for merchants and end users
DNA Payments has direct plugins with ecommerce CMS platforms, including Big Commerce and WooCommerce, supported by its checkout payments gateway. This expertise in online payments enabled the company to help roll out Zap’s new offering. Also, both TrueLayer and DNA Payments secured Zap Pay’s functionality.
Through Zap Cashier, end users are set to be able to benefit from a fully integrated pay-in and payout journey, in turn mitigating the need for manual bank transfers. When it comes to merchants, the new product already offers time and cost savings, with less administration required due to its integration with the Zap platform. Additionally, Zap Cashier provides improved customer support for Zap’s clients and their users.
Among the early adopters of Zap’s payment proposition was Capital Competitions, with representatives from the company mentioning that, since moving to Zap Pay, the firm improved its flow while witnessing higher acceptance rates with fewer payment declines. Also, the interface is user-friendly and provides optimal reporting tools on revenue received. According to Zap’s officials, the rollout of the new offering comes after a year of development and aims to equip customers with an augmented player experience.
Furthermore, TrueLayer emphasised that Zap’s initiative reflects a broader shift in the industry, specifically in businesses turning to Pay by Bank to provide improved user experiences and minimise payment costs. Zap, TrueLayer, and DNA Payments underlined their commitment to delivering solutions that meet the needs, demands, and preferences of site owners and users across the UK.
