SecurePays transaction processing services are initiated by Yarra Valley Water customers paying their bills via telephone using interactive voice response (IVR) technology operated in-house by Yarra Valley Water. The SecurePay system receives payment requests from the IVR system and routes them in real-time to the bank for authorisation and settlement.
