Yantra and Triversity Partner to Deliver Complete Multi-Channel Selling Solution

Yantra and Triversity have enter into a partnership to provide retailers with the first multi-channel selling solution that integrates customer order and inventory management with Point-of-Sale (POS) transaction management capabilities.

The joint solution, named Enterprise Selling, combines Yantras Retail Customer Order Management and Store Inventory Management solutions with Triversitys Transactionware Enterprise POS solution. Enterprise Selling provides all of the tools retailers need to streamline and profitably complete every customer interaction in the store and across all channels. Enterprise Selling comprises best-in-class systems from Triversity and Yantra to integrate cross-channel operations and facilitate multi-channel sales. With the ability of the POS to provide real-time visibility of orders and available inventory throughout the enterprise, as well as linkage of workflow and status information, retailers can offer, promise, order, sell and deliver merchandise across all channels, regardless of product complexity or product location. As a result, retailers can deliver a superior shopping experience that builds customer loyalty, while enhancing profitability through increased sales. Enterprise Selling can reduce or eliminate a stores out-of-stocks, as well as reduce operating costs since retailers can extend in-stock inventory and leverage current enterprise systems.
