Under the terms of the agreement, Systech becomes Wincor Nixdorfs Preferred Services Provider for multi-vendor point-of-sale (POS) and back-office equipment in the United States. The new multi-vendor service will leverage existing Wincor offerings including WinXpress, a Web-based ordering program for parts and supplies, and MyWinTicket.com, an online service tracking system that allows retailers to manage service activities via the Internet. Wincor Nixdorfs growing portfolio of service offerings includes depot and on-site hardware service; 24x7 technical support; consulting and project management; integration services; and installation and logistics services.
