The Credit Union cited Open Solutions core processing abilities, open architecture and member-centric platform as some of the key factors that they believe will allow WSFCU to better serve its growing membership. In addition to The Complete Credit Union Solution, Western Sun will implement other Open Solutions products such as consumer loan origination and automated decisioning, premium overdraft, collections, the safe deposit box module, report wizard, dynamic messaging, COLD (imaging), document imaging including e-signature, and the financial management suite, which includes general ledger, fixed assets and accounts payable.
