Webloyalty acquires payment platform company Lift Media

Incremental revenue provider for online businesses Webloyalty has acquired US payment platform company Lift Media. Lift Media is the creator of the CheckoutFree platform which offers alternative payment for online retailers. By means of CheckoutFree, consumers can receive products or services for free or at discounted prices by buying or sampling other products offered by advertisers.

The acquisition provides Lift Media with access to Webloyalty’s infrastructure which includes Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard compliant systems and to customer services centres on the East and West Coast of the United States and across the United Kingdom. No financial information on the acquisition has been disclosed.
