Waitrr allows customers in Singapore to order and pay using one app

Tuesday 21 August 2018 13:55 CET | News

Singapore-based startup Waitrr has made it possible for diners to order and make payments on a single application.

The platform developed by a Singapore-based entrepreneur also allows restaurateurs to optimise their operational efficiency by automating most of the ordering process.

Waitrr is free for users who order from the restaurants, since the company monetises by charging the restaurants. It has an integration process that can be as short as 24 hours, presenting itself with the ability to manage fully customisable menu items.

Waitrr’s target market is mostly office workers who are aged 25-34, working in the CBD area, where most of the restaurants are located, according to the Waitrr developer.

The platform has already signed up over 200 clients in Singapore including Guzman y Gomez, Fun Toast, A Poke Theory, Urban Mix, The Daily Cut, and Paul Bakery.
