Through a customer-created ‘Quick Code’, Vodafone Spain’s 7 million prepaid customers can recharge their credit using a credit or debit card. Once the code is created, customers are able to top-up their accounts via an automated voice response service (IVR) at the My.Vodafone.es online portal, or by sending an SMS to Vodafone.
Vesta’s technology handles top-up requests, validates customers’ payment, as well as adds credit to customers’ accounts.
