He will report to Christopher J. Rodrigues, president and chief executive officer of Visa International. Most recently, Milholland served as CIO/CTO for Electronic Data Systems Corp. (EDS) and previously held the post of CIO at Boeing Company. In his new position, Milholland will oversee the information technology management functions of Visa International, including intellectual property, data protection, information security and interoperability policies and standards across the six Visa regions worldwide. He will also manage the Visa International relationship with Inovant and Visa Distributed Processing Solutions - the primary Visa processing units. Working closely with Visa Internationals chief commercial officer, Matthew Piasecki, Milholland will help define and execute a technically robust, commercially-oriented, worldwide processing strategy.
