The Active Plus card offers cash withdrawals, payment of electric, phone, and water bills as well as individual safety insurance. The card is meant for government and business employees, as well as individuals with a stable income. The bank will initially issue 5,000 cards with the goal of doubling the quantity next year. An agreement was signed with Vietcombank to share its ATM networks allowing cardholders to use more than 310 ATMs nationwide.
