In her new position, Anderson is responsible for the strategic direction, development, implementation and ongoing support for the ePayments, Resolve dispute resolution, Cash, Reconcile, Returns, Exceptions and Fraud solutions for VECTORsgi. Previously, Anderson was director of ePayments, Research and Control, where she oversaw development of the next generation of ePayments system as well as initiated an automated dispute resolution system for electronic transactions. Anderson has 28 years of experience in the banking industry, including the areas of information technology (IT), software development, bank operations, project management, process re-engineering and change management.
