USA Federal Credit Union Selects Open Solutions Relational Core Data Processing Software Suite

USA Federal Credit Union has selected Open Solutions relational enterprise data processing suite to handle all core processing operations and loan origination for the credit union. Auburn Hills, Mich.-based USA Federal has assets of $600 million and approximately 68,000 members. USA Federal is one of the largest federally-charted credit unions in the U.S. and serves more than 200 select employee groups. According to the credit union, USA Federal needed a comprehensive processing solution that would enable it to be even more responsive to members and provide full-service banking and quick turnaround for service and back office processing. The credit union was founded to meet the financial needs of Burroughs (now Unisys Corporation) employees and uses all Unisys hardware for its operations, so identifying a compatible software solution was important in the decision-making process.
