Universal Service Credit Union Selects IntegraSys

Monday 13 December 2004 06:05 CET | News

IntegraSys, a business unit of Fiserv, will become the Universal Service Credit Unions primary technology provider, delivering core processing services along with its suite of integrated enterprise and consumer solutions.

According to the agreement signed in late October, Universal Service will use the IntegraSys Premier core-processing solution, the Wisdom Financial Management Suite, and the e-fichency online reporting and document imaging tool to manage its day-to-day operations. To fulfill the needs of its geographically dispersed membership, Universal Service will allow members to manage virtually all financial transactions from the Internet using Virtual Branch electronic banking and bill payment services along with Virtual Branch Lending for automated loan application processing and electronic document delivery. IntegraSys online services, such as Internet banking, bill pay and lending capabilities, give members the flexibility to choose from more service channels. The ability to deliver loan documents to members homes via a secure Web link eliminates delivery expenses and expedites the loan closing process. Premier will support all of Universal Services technology needs - from ATM support to workflow processing to integrated share, loan, accounting and payroll processing. Earlier this year, IntegraSys launched its next generation Premier platform with a redesigned teller automation application, which takes advantage of Microsoft .NETR and Web services technologies. The new architectures flexibility creates a smooth process for credit unions like Universal Service to add new products and services such as e-banking and online lending. The new Premier Teller Automation Platform increases efficiency and reduces training costs, and a built-in Cross-Sell and Tracking module helps make product marketing most effective. IntegraSys will also release a redesigned member services platform for Premier by early 2005. Universal Services conversion from an in-house, proprietary solution to Premier is targeted for the first quarter of 2005.
