Guardian for Disbursements enables companies to manage issued payments such as payroll checks, investment dividends, insurance claims, and other disbursements. The Trintech solution manages the entire payment lifecycle, from issue through payment approval or escheatment to state treasury departments. It also easily interfaces with financial institutions, payment issuing systems, and other accounting systems. Guardian for Disbursements is based on Trintechs flexible, web-based Guardian platform, which enables companies to adapt and evolve the system to fit their unique business rules to manage any type of payment instrument. The system also offers customizable security settings to enable customer service, reconciliation and other departments selective visibility and control over payment approval, rejects and reissues.
