The broker system agreement between TietoEnator and the bank includes a licence upgrade and a system integration project to consolidate the system to one common platform. In addition, the agreement enables DnB NOR affiliated banks to utilise ProBroker for decentralised trading. The combined equity brokerage business of the recently merged DnB NOR covers more than 15 % of all equity trades on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Through this agreement TietoEnators ProBroker has consolidated its position as the leading broker solution with more than 50 % of the market in Norway.
