The White Company integrates Eurostop with mail order system to support multi-channel retailing

Eurostop has supplied additional development work at The White Company to integrate its retail management system WinRMIS and its WinPOS EPOS system with the companys mail order system Options. The new functionality, which integrates all information between the Eurostop systems and Options including customer references, stock codes and sales information, streamlines shop replenishment and captures customer details automatically at the till. Data is synchronised between head office and the stores every night. The company replenishes each store on a one for one and target stock basis. The integration between Eurostop’s systems and Options, means that this is now managed completely automatically. Daily sales figures for each product line are gathered by WinPOS and sent to head office. A replenishment order is raised by WinRMIS and sent to Options. If the stock is available the order is processed and delivery arranged, if not, a back order is generated. The customer capture facility enables The White Company to take details of both existing and new customers at the till. As a result the company is able to analyse when and how many existing catalogue customers go into a shop. Also brochure requests can be raised automatically, saving time and ensuring that potential sales opportunities do not get lost.
