Systech Launch 2nd Generation Internet Payment Gateways Dial-to-IP Converters

Monday 19 April 2004 17:10 CET | News

Systech has launched a new 2nd generation product family of high-speed and secure Internet Payment Gateways. Systech Internet Payment Gateways convert dial-up payment transactions to high-speed IP transactions at the merchant location and re-route them over any public or private IP connection.

The gateways connect POS payment terminals, POS systems, check readers, and ATMs to payment processing networks over the public Internet using secure IP/SSL transactions. Merchants preferring private IP networks, can use the Systech solutions to re-route dial-up transactions through existing satellite, frame relay, or other wide-area links. Merchants benefit from higher-speed payment transactions, and recurring cost savings from lower cost IP transactions. Systechs new IPG/7000 product family builds and expands on success with previous generations by adding new hardware and software options for: -- Stand-alone POTS Payment Terminals -- Stand-alone POTS interface ATMs -- Expanded Processor Message Formats -- Expanded Processor Certifications -- Persistent PPP dial up option -- Multiple options for dial back-up connections -- Expanded SDK for custom application development -- Extensive, Web-Based Configuration and Diagnostics Tools
