Symbol Technologies Selects InfoNows Channel Insight Solution

Symbol Technologies, will use elements of InfoNows Channel Insight Solution to optimize its global sales channels.Symbol is utilizing InfoNows Channel Insight Point-of-Sale (POS) Platform to collect and process channel POS data from partners worldwide, and to receive timely and accurate data on partner and end-customer sales. This will improve the efficiency of processing channel POS data, reduce associated bottom-line costs, and significantly improve the quality of partner and end-customer data. Symbol is also using InfoNows Channel Insight Sales Credit Assignment Module to monitor sales-out information, and to quickly and accurately assign sales commission credits for channel sales. InfoNow signed this agreement in the first quarter of 2004 and expects to complete the initial implementation of its Channel Insight Solution for this client in the third quarter. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
