InfoAmericas Touchware interface, which is certified as NCR EasyPoint Ready, is a simple-to-use intuitive, self-service application. Designed to reduce cashier labour, increase sales, improve speed of service and enhance customer satisfaction, the solution works much like an automated teller machine, allowing customers to select pictures from a touchscreen, and a running total of the items ordered is displayed on the screen. The kiosk accepts multiple tenders - cash, credit cards and debit cards - and ties directly into the stores point-of-sale application. It can also be used by associates as an interactive training device.
