Retail Decisions (ReD) has won a further three year contract with T-Mobile UK, one of the worlds largest mobile phone companies.

Under the extended contract, ReD will continue to provide T-Mobile with Card Not Present (CNP) payment processing activities, including card transaction authorisation and settlement. Over the three years of the extended contract it is estimated , ReD will process and safe guard in excess of 43 million CNP transactions (1.2 million per month) for T-Mobile. The extension of the contract reflects ReD’s continual high level of service provision during an extraordinary period of growth, in which T-Mobile’s customer base reached 14.9 million worldwide. The new contract also reflects the reliable and flexible nature of ReDs payment processing services, which are able to support T-Mobile’s multi-channel sales strategy that includes performing bank authorisations for transactions received via call-centres and over the Internet.
