In addition to his chairman of the board duties, Mr. Hood will be responsible for developing and expanding ATM Directs international market, focusing on Europe, Latin America, and the Asia Pacific region. ATM Direct has developed a proprietary software platform that allows PIN debit cards to be used securely over the Internet. Ray Hood has over two decades of senior management experience, including more than 10 years of experience at the chief executive level of an international, publicly traded, logistics software firm. Mr. Hood founded EXE Technologies, a global supply chain execution provider, and guided it from the bootstrap stage to a successful public offering, building an organization with sales and service operations in 14 countries, development operations in three countries, and customers in all major markets worldwide. Mr. Hood holds a bachelors degree in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
