Q Comm International Appoints Charles Callis to Vice President of Business Development

Q Comm International, Inc., a provider of prepaid transaction processing and electronic point-of-sale (POS) distribution solutions, has appointmented of Charles Callis as Vice President Business Development with responsibility for developing strategic industry alliances as well as new product and revenue sources.

Mike Keough, President and Chief Executive Officer of Q Comm said, “Charles has a proven track record in business development, and we are confident that his leadership and experience will help the Company as it better serves our growing customer base.” Mr. Callis stated, Q Comm is a dynamic company with innovative solutions, strong customer relationships and significant growth opportunities. I am enthusiastic about the companys potential and look forward to working with the management team to accelerate those opportunities. Mr. Callis brings over seventeen years of executive-level technology sales and marketing experience and a long history of building industry alliances and value-added channel networks both domestically and internationally. Most recently Callis was Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Marketing for ClearOne Communications where he built a global partner network of distributors and value-added resellers. Prior to ClearOne Callis served as Vice President of Sales for e-learning platform company, Learnframe and as Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Alliances for systems management leader Altiris, Inc. In nearly a decade with Novell, Inc. Callis held numerous executive positions including Vice President of Marketing responsible for $1.5 billion in product revenue, and as Vice President of Enterprise Customers. Callis was a key executive in driving Novells European business from $25 million to over $500 million annually.
