Paystone announces a $9 million joint venture in the Peoples Republic of China for the deployment of

Paystone has signed a $9 million joint venture agreement in the Peoples Republic of China with Jingzhengtong Information Network Technology Corp.

The joint venture allows Paystone to expand its patent pending online payment solution to the most populous country in the world. Paystone will provide technology, experience and management expertise in order to launch its online payment solution in China. Jingzhengtong Information Network Technology Corp, a consortium with interests in mobile phones, fiber optics, mobile payment, real estate, investments and oil refining will bring high-level contacts along with market and investment expertise.
