PayStar Launches Prepaid Debit MasterCard Card for Nationwide Community Project

PayStar GLOBALCash Division, has launched a prepaid CTNP debit MasterCard card for a national program called the Community Technology Network Project (CTNP).

PayStar and other Alliance Partners of the CTNP program including CoreComm Limited (OTC:ATX), Commsure, LLC, Family Health Benefits, Inc., as well as other fortune 1000 companies are supplying multi-technology digital services and computers to residents of The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Section 8 and Public Housing programs. The CTNP program initiative was developed and is administered by Worldwide Communication Group. Through this innovative Alliance Partnership, millions of Section 8 and Public Housing residents will now have an opportunity to obtain personal computers and Internet access. The program will enable participants to bridge the Digital Divide and gain the opportunities afforded Internet connected families. The CTNP program is scheduled to move quickly throughout the nations 3,300 Housing Authorities.
