PayiQ to introduce new version of ticketing platform

PayiQ has launched a new version of its ticketing platform, also featuring fraud prevention to better detect and prevent misuse cases.

The registration process has been unified and ticket display has been redesigned. Users can now repeat a purchase to speed up the process for those who frequently buy the same tickets. Another feature is the ability to change a phone number, reducing the number of support requests and the appearance of the apps has been unified and upgraded.

Another feature is the ability to buy public transport tickets through the Pivo mobile app, which is already running in several Finnish cities.
