Mr. Elefant is an early pioneer in the creation of eCommerce. He is the former Chairman, President, CEO and Co-Founder of ICVerify Inc., the developer of ICVerify software; a worldwide leader in PC Credit/Debit card, check authorization and payment processing software. He has raised over $45 million dollars in venture capital equity financing and completed a $75 million dollar successful merger with CyberCash in May 1998 where he then became Vice-Chairman. Mr. Elefant was Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of PriceRadar, Inc., and former President and Chief Operating Officer of Yaga, Inc, a leading provider of an ASP service for Internet publishers and merchants. Mr. Marcous, a thirteen year veteran of the merchant bank card industry, is currently President of the Utah based ISO, Dynamic Payment Solutions and SVP of its sister company Mtrex, Inc., a solutions provider of acquirer-side Dynamic Currency Conversion services. Jeff was the driving force behind the sales success of the Authorize.Net payment gateway having guided that company from early infancy to worldwide prominence. Between 1994 and 1998 he served as the Northwest Regional Manager of Cardservice International, contributing to their greatest growth period, and held sales and management positions at First Data Merchant Services, Card Establishment Services, and Harbridge Merchant Services.
