Open Solutions Signs Agreement with TPG Software

Open Solutions has signed a reseller agreement with TPG Software, to resell TPGs Portfolio Genius. Open Solutions will resell TPGs Portfolio Genius through its fti/Financial Technologies (FTI) business unit. FTI is a provider of integrated financial accounting tools, asset liability management software and enterprise profitability solutions. FTI will add this solution to its financial accounting platform to provide community banks and credit unions with the ability to handle investment portfolios with a wide variety of instrument types and complexities. Portfolio Genius is designed to integrate with existing subsystems, process transactions, collect data and allow for flexible distribution of data output in the form of reports, graphs and file extracts. In addition to providing greater accuracy in the calculation of accrual, accretion and amortization, Portfolio Genius also provides regulatory reporting, advanced analytics and automated back office functions. Through TPGs extensive relationships with banks, credit unions, savings and loans and broker/dealers throughout the country, more than 3,500 customers either directly or indirectly rely upon Portfolio Genius to accurately provide accounting and reporting for their investments.
