NSB Lends Expertise to MGM MIRAGE Retail Operations

MGM MIRAGE has signed a contract to migrate to NSBs Connected Retailer Merchandising and Store solutions. The agreement includes software licenses, professional services, multi-year maintenance, and IBM hardware.
MGM MIRAGE operates 100 stores throughout its 12 resort and casino properties. The resort company wanted solutions that would improve their business processes across the chain, provide increased automation, and enable them to manage their fast-paced, ever-changing business by exception. Using NSBs Merchandising Solution, MGM MIRAGE plans to incorporate more effective planning and make even better inventory decisions. At the store level, they will synchronize the communication infrastructure and implement state-of-the-art e-signature technology -- all the while focusing on offering the kind of service consumers expect in a casino atmosphere.
