The contract runs for two years, and represents a total business volume of around NOK 20 million. The agreement signed is a renewal of Norske Skogs existing operating services contract, and now covers the period to 30 September 2006. The services provided by EDB IT Operations include daily operations, monitoring, fault management and the operation of Norske Skogs SAP system and related applications. Norske Skogs SAP system is currently used by 8 of its factories around Europe, and it is linked into the groups sales and logistics functions.
