NCR and Toronto-based self-service software developer St. Clair Interactive Communications are demonstrating a compact, interactive touch-screen kiosk featuring multiple, revenue-generating applications.

Targeted to convenience stores, the NCR EasyPoint solution will be on display October 18 to 20 at the 2004 National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) Show in Las Vegas. St. Clair Interactives suite of software, which is certified as NCR EasyPoint Ready, is designed to help small-format retailers increase traffic and generate additional revenue through self-service. Applications include advertising, vendor promotions and couponing, gift shopping, music downloading, cell phone and digital photo services, tourist information and more. With its compact, rugged design, the NCR EasyPoint kiosk can be positioned virtually anywhere in the store and can be configured as a free-standing terminal or as a counter-, pole- or wall-mounted unit. It is equipped with a fully interactive touchscreen, scanner, printer and speakers - all in a single package design. The kiosk also supports full-motion video and fully synchronized audio playback. NCR RealPartner is a tiered marketing program that provides NCR channel and alliance partners with the sales, marketing and support tools they need to be successful with NCR products. The comprehensive NCR EasyPoint and St. Clair Interactive solution is now available in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
