Navy Federal Credit Union, Metavante renew merchant services agreement

US financial services provider the Navy Federal Credit Union has renewed its merchant bankcard processing services agreement with US banking and payments technology company Metavante.

Under the terms of the extended partnership, Navy Federal is set to continue using Metavante’s Merchant Services to provide credit and debit card payment acceptance services. Also within the Metavante payments suite, the banking and payments technology company will continue to provide Navy Federal with cheque imaging and customer communications solutions.

Navy Federal Credit Union owns assets worth USD 40 billion, has 7,100 employees worldwide and serves the US Department of Defence military and civilian personnel.

Metavante Corporation, a division of Metavante Technologies, delivers banking and payments technologies to around 8,000 financial services firms and businesses worldwide.
