National Payment to Launch Bank ACH Services

National Payment Corporation will introduce a new bank ACH processing service on April 11, 2005 that requires no software investment, additional staff or IT expense.

ACH Advantage will be unveiled at the Payments 2005 NACHA Conference in San Antonio and is designed to automate ACH services for small to mid-sized financial institutions. ACH Advantage provides an Internet based, big-bank product, fully supported by National Payments dedicated customer service team. ACH Advantage is designed for financial institutions that do not offer an automated, self-contained Direct Deposit payroll solution, and are looking for ways to generate revenue and streamline operations. ACH Advantage allows a banks customers to submit Direct Deposit payroll information through National Payments on-line system. At the end of every business day, National Payment notifies each member bank that its file is available for receipt. The bank can then download a single ACH file that can be sent directly to the Federal Reserve, providing a more efficient process for transmitting ACH transactions. National Payment will officially release the ACH Advantage at the PAYMENTS 2005 Conference, hosted by NACHA - The Electronic Payments Association. The conference will be held in San Antonio, Texas at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center from April 10-13, 2005. The conference will offer more than 160 educational sessions and workshops featuring speakers from financial institutions, companies, government agencies, consulting and research firms, and service providers.
