MoneyGram renews agreement with Susquehanna Bank

International money transfer provider MoneyGram has renewed its agreement with Susquehanna Bancshares, a US-based commercial financial institution, to provide official cheque services through its PrimeLink Official Check program. The contract was extended for a period of five years.

MoneyGrams PrimeLink Official Check outsourcing program provides banks with enhanced management of their clients official cheques, including daily balancing and reconciliation, exception handling, inventory management and real-time updates on official cheque transactions.

Based in Lititz, Pennsylvania, Susquehanna has branch locations across the Mid-Atlantic region, including West Virginia, Maryland and New Jersey. Through Susquehanna Wealth Management, the company also provides investment, fiduciary, brokerage, insurance, retirement planning and private banking services.

In recent news, MoneyGram has acquired Advanced ChronoCash Services (ACCS) and has signed an agreement to acquire MoneyGlobe Payment Institution, which are both based in Greece.
