J. Crew, has deployed the Enhanced Reporting module of CRS Retail Systems, CRS LossPrevention, adding powerful new ad hoc reporting capabilities for investigating suspicious transactions and activity taking place in the stores.

CRS LossPrevention is a browser-based retail application used by loss prevention investigators to identify and research suspicious store activity, more quickly differentiate between innocent mistakes and fraudulent behavior, and manage cases for potential prosecution when necessary. The Enhanced Reporting module, based on the industry leading business intelligence platform from MicroStrategy, augments these functions with ad hoc reporting and analytics capabilities. Other retailers recently upgrading or selecting CRS LossPrevention, include Blain Farm and Fleet, Cavenders Boot City, Coach, Inc., Northern Tool & Equipment, and Stage Stores. J. Crew also utilizes the CRS RetailStore POS and Office applications throughout its 190 retail and factory stores.
