Intuit and National Commerce Financial to Offer Payroll Services

National Commerce Financial Corp. will offer Intuits full-service payroll and human resources services to more than 80,000 small- and mid-sized business customers. The services will be available through the National Bank of Commerce and Central Carolina Bank as part of Intuits Outsourced Payroll Strategic Alliance program. The banks will also offer customers Intuits QuickBooks financial management software and TurboTax tax preparation and filing software. The banks will begin offering Intuits Complete Payroll service and QuickBooks and TurboTax software as part of a summer promotion running from June 7 through Aug. 31. During this time, customers can avoid paying any initial setup fees for Intuits Complete Payroll service. Customers who also select Intuits HR Assistant service will be eligible to receive a $50 rebate that can be applied to their Complete Payroll service account after 90 days. The two banks also make QuickBooks connectively available to customers, enabling them to download their balances directly into QuickBooks without waiting to receive monthly statements. Intuits Complete Payroll also integrates with QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online Edition, providing a fully integrated financial management solution for National Bank of Commerce and Central Carolina Bank business customers.
