Ingenico Reinforces its Management Team With a New Member: Olivier Aldrin

Olivier Aldrin has joined the Ingenico Management Committee as Chief Economic and Financial Officer, thereby reinforcing Group management.

Mr. Aldrin has a degree from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Reims as well as a higher degree in Accounting and Finance. He started his career in 1988 as a management accountant at Orangina, before moving on in 1990 to Arthur Andersen, where he conducted a large number of acquisition audits. In 1995, he became the Administrative and Financial Director of the Serete Group. He was instrumental in getting Serete back on a solid financial footing in a period of economic downturn. From 1999 up until now, he served as the Administrative and Financial Director at Thales Information Systems, in charge of finance, legal affairs and purchasing. At Ingenico, Mr. Aldrin’s brief will be to develop an ambitious business and financial strategy capable of leveraging the Group’s sound financial position.
