Infonox Extends TranSending Integrated Merchant Acquiring Solution

Infonox has added new capabilities to TranSending System â€â€Å“ the companys complete merchant acquiring solution that can be branded by acquirers as well as their agents and ISOs. The new capabilities are part of TranSending version 2.0, scheduled for availability early in June 2004.TranSending is an integrated environment that enables merchant acquirers to easily manage their merchants, agents, ISOs and transactions over their entire lifecycle. Several new and enhanced features extend its position as a comprehensive tool to manage merchant portfolios. Commissions module - The enhanced and highly flexible commissions module now supports multiple sales commission plans driven by commission calculators that accommodate multiple products and multiple sales channels with different incentive programs. Transactional Reporting -- Transactional and commissions reporting now include support for importing additional transactional file formats from leading industry processors that add several new reporting options including extensive fraud monitoring and customer support. Merchant Boarding -- Boarding is enhanced to support multi-location merchants on several platforms for both front and backend. Boarding support also now includes automated interfacing with leading deployment companies to facilitate faster turnaround times in setting up merchants. Underwriting - TranSending version 2.0 now provides a configurable underwriting and decision system that allows customers to configure any unique work flows needed during the decision process. The combination of a decision engine together with a configurable workflow engine provides acquirers with unique flexibility to totally customize credit decisioning processes, a feature not previously available in any tool. CISP Compliance -- The new version of TranSending System also comes with enhanced system security and compliance with Visas Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP). The TranSending System solution brings together the acquirers back office, agents and merchants. It handles everything from merchant signup, underwriting, and boarding to profitability analysis with extensive risk and commissions analysis, reporting and accounting. It is an ideal merchant acquiring solution for acquirers, such as banks, community banks and other financial institutions that can choose to operate TranSending System themselves or use Infonoxs data center for hosting on a subscription basis. The system presents a unified view of the merchant acquirers entire portfolio and accommodates the specific needs of the acquirers relationships with agent banks, ISOs and merchants, bringing portfolio management to a new level of online collaboration. Acquirers can also provide merchants with more choices for accepting payment, such as credit, debit and checks.
