Philippa to further develop custom project management methodology the Igentics Management Architecture Tool (IMAT)

Igentics, the Great Chesterford-based Internet engineering company, has appointed Philippa Cross as its first dedicated project manager following a spate of new business wins, including a new contract with Inforenz, the computer forensics investigators, to provide a dynamic content management system for its web site. Philippa will take over the day-to-day management of all projects providing clients with improved customer service and response times. The appointment will free up Igentics’ team of business analysts and software engineers to concentrate on custom building strategic, flexible and innovative Internet-enabled applications which make it easier for its customers to trade. A University of Cambridge music graduate, Philippa has a background incommercial research and joins Igentics from Hallmarks, an EEDA (East of England Development Agency) and ESF (European Social Fund) project, where she created an integrated database linking some forty-five lifelong learning projects across the region. Philippa will also be responsible for further developing the company’s custom project management methodology the Igentics Management Architecture Tool (IMAT). This enables e-business solutions to be built and deployed in a structured and controlled manner ensuring that projects are delivered on time, to specification and on-budget.
