HIMC Corporation and its subsidiary, ITI Internet Services, now offers free electronic payment technology to all government agencies. This service will significantly reduce the need to spend tax dollars on electronic fee collections for on-line government services.

The ITI Payments platform, retailing at $8,000, is the technology behind the award winning PayByCheck(TM) payment product available through ITI Internet Services, Inc. In the interest of the tax-paying community, ITI has decided to offer this successful technology at no cost to governments and plans to include other payment methods as they become available. ITI is a renowned pioneer and leader in online payment processing and secure, seamless web integration. Originally released as i-check in 1997, the PayByCheck(TM) brand emerged in the year 2000. As a result, on-line check transactions have grown from 74,000,000 in 2001 to over 450,000,000 in 2003 and are regarded as a common place method for handling Internet transactions.
