Harris Bank Licenses VECTOR:Capture for Prime Pass

Chicago-based Harris Bank has licensed VECTORsgis VECTOR:Capture for Prime Pass software product to enhance the companys overall image strategy. The solution also supports Harris Banks imaging, electronic check presentment (ECP) and image exchange operations. Harris Bank, with $30 billion in assets and over 150 Chicagoland locations, has one of the largest community bank networks in Illinois. Harris Banks North American Item Processing Vice President Michael Wandolowski, said the bank chose VECTORsgi because its solution would allow the bank to enhance customer service while lowering costs as it prepares for greater participation in Check 21 related areas. The companys ability to meet both technological and business requirements was another major factor in the decision process.
