Grand & Toy Selects Triversity

Canadian Grand & Toy, has implemented Triversitys Transactionware GM POS software throughout their retail enterprise. The rollout, which took only three months, followed the completion of a successful pilot project earlier this year.Grand & Toy had a long wish list when the company decided to replace its outdated POS system. Requirements for the new POS software included the ability to track gift cards; support Grand & Toys complex pricing logic; handle loyalty marketing promotions; process transactions for both commercial and retail divisions of Grand & Toys business; and handle credit and debit transactions over the companys WAN, eliminating a duplicate network that was required solely for these transactions. Grand & Toy selected Transactionware GM after an extensive review of 12 leading POS vendors. Transactionware GM is a scalable, flexible POS solution that includes the retail industrys first configuration tool, which allows retailers to change POS application functions quickly and easily, without the need for custom development. In addition to Transactionware GM, Grand & Toy also selected Triversitys Transnet, a file and message transfer solution that connects POS applications to external financial services, databases and third-party applications.
