GoldenSource Corporation appoints Mark Zill as Executive Vice President

Mark Zill has joined GoldenSource as executive vice president, reporting to CEO Michael Meriton. Zill, 56, brings more than 25 years of software expertise to this role and will be based at the companys New York headquarters.

Enterprise Data Management (EDM) has recently been classified as the No.1 issue for the financial services industry. GoldenSource is undergoing substantial growth in this expanding market through the effective execution of its global operating model, a strategic enabler in supporting customer and market demands. Zill is responsible for the leadership and development of the software operations at GoldenSource, including product management, product development, customer care and international operations. Mark brings a proven track record for effectively managing global software operations through strategic development and scalable growth. Previously, Zill served for 4 years as senior vice president & general manager of CheckFree Financial and Compliance Solutions a software division of the CheckFree Corporation. At CFACS, Mark achieved consistent profitability and growth with a global team. In 2003, Mark managed the acquisition of HelioGraph, a complementary global business. Prior to CheckFree, Mark served as co-founder of JGI/Baan, a software reselling business in New Jersey and provider of ERP solutions. From 1990 to 1997, Mark served in various management capacities for Dun & Bradstreet Software. Previously, Mark was a software consultant for several New York-based financial services organizations.
