Global Axcess Continues To Gain Traction In New Business Development

Global Axcess has commented on numerous business development initiatives launched in mid to late 2003 as part of the Companys aggressive three-year growth strategy.Since fall 2003, Global Axcess and its subsidiaries have marked the following achievements: -- Signed five financial institutions to its Branded Cash Program, providing for 50 additional new ATMs to be added to its national network of branded sites -- increasing the total number of Branded Cash Program clients to 40; -- Extended Branded Cash Program client agreements from one to three years with three financial institutions, which collectively represent 100 branded ATM sites; -- Added branded sites to existing Branded Cash Program client agreements, increasing the total number of branded sites to 376 nationwide -- up 25% since the beginning 2003; -- Established new channel partners with Community Bank Connection and Credit Union 24; -- Sold 46 ATMs with associated financial processing agreements; and -- Acquired 900 merchant accounts in a $3.9 million asset purchase.
