The Opteva 560 units will be installed in the Credit Agricoles new self-serve bank branch concept. The bank is at the forefront of the technological change taking place across Europe, and is one of the first groups to put the self-serve concept into practice on a large scale. The ATM is central to the banks self-serve branches. Basic transactions, such as cash deposits and withdrawals, are now handled exclusively by the ATM, freeing the time spent by the banks staff on basic administrative tasks and allowing them to concentrate on much higher value-added customer services. The Opteva line is the result of months of research and development that included an end-user study in 11 national markets. It combines the latest technology and ergonomic concepts, ensuring performance, low-maintenance and enhanced end-user experience.
