NCR RealPOS(TM) terminals running Pinnacle Palm POS(TM) software replace personal computers in all Flash Foods locations

NCR Corporation announced that Flash Foods, a leading regional convenience store chain in Georgia and North Florida - has rolled out NCR RealPOS 70 point-of-sale (POS) terminals and NCR RealPOS thermal printers in its 180-plus stores. The Pinnacle Corporation, an NCR reseller and Platinum level member of the NCR RealPartner program, is responsible for the sale. The solution includes Pinnacles Palm POS application. Flash Foods managed the installation of its new POS solution, replacing personal computers that consisted of multiple components, including separate processors and monitors with associated cabling. Flash Foods also services its store-automation technology. In addition to Palm POS, Flash Foods uses Pinnacles Oasis Manager Workstation(TM). Pinnacle software is helping us improve performance from the front counter to the back office to company headquarters, where we maintain our scanning files, said Flash Foods Chief Information Officer Jenny Bullard.
